#7 Sleep is your superpower
This topic is very attracted me. Because I usually stay up late for studying. Sometimes I wondered that if we didn’t have enough time to sleep, maybe we will distract ? And how long does “enough time” of sleeping should be define. If I only slept for four hours I would feel just as tired as if I slept for 10 hours So I'd rather just sleep for four hours. As for whether it will affect the learning effect, so far I don't think it will affect it. I think perseverance is your superpower
